Story:  Ethan moved to Hollywood to shadow his famous Uncle in the film industry and has been raised by him like another son.  After James learned that Ethan was the truth father of Brooke's son, he ostracized him for a while.  Ethan and Brooke were on a slow road back to romantic bliss, but her cautious nature sent him packing.   Just as they found their way back to one another, the earthquake hit and Ethan was presumed dead.  Now he's back which complicates things with Brooke.
