Plot Summary:

A dark comedy that gives a new twist to the murder mystery weekend.  When bored housewife Alice Bouvier (Rogers) tricks her workaholic husband, Vinnie (Distefano), to a theme weekend at a country retreat, she gets more than she bargained for.  In a harmless effort to teach his wife a lesson, Vinnie fakes an affair with vixenish Margot Hansen (Reynolds).  But when Margot turns up dead it's Vinnie who's taught a lesson.  Slapstick misunderstandings run the course of the 110 minute movie, culminating in the revelation that Alice and Margot were in cahoots to trick Vinnie from the get-go.
